While visiting my chair understand that you are in a safe environment.
You're welcome no matter your race, weight, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or dating history.
I also pledge to only use the highest quality products that are vegan and sustainable, as well as continue to educate myself on the latest techniques so I can give you the best experience.
In order to maintain the awesomeness that is my salon space hate speech, bigotry, or otherwise being rude will not be tolerated and will lead to you being ejected and banned from the salon.

Policies
Everyone's time is important thus:
If you're more than 15 min late for an appointment (and don't text 832-273-0016 to tell me that you're running late) you'll incur a $50 penalty. If you're late 3 or more times you'll be banned from future bookings.
I need 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedulings otherwise you'll incur a penalty of 50% of the services booked and can't get a new booking without paying.
A no-call/no-show will result in being banned from booking.

If you have a cough, fever, chills, or just otherwise don't feel good you must reschedule your appointment as I will not serve someone who is ill. You can alert me of your illness by texting 832-273-0016 up to 3 hours before your appointment and will not incur a penalty.

No weapons, drugs, or paraphernalia are allowed in the salon space for any reason.

The only animals allowed in the salon space are service animals.
If you're unhappy with your hair you have seven days to reach out to me so we can have you come in for another visit.
Cash refunds are not an option.
